Items that are in stock will ship within three business days. If an item isn't available or there is a delay, Customer Service will notify you via email. Also, please be aware that if there are items on back order, your order will be held until it can be shipped in its entirety.
All items shipped to the state of Wisconsin will incur a 5.6% sales tax.
We offer free shipping within the Continental U.S. After placing an online order, please allow 1-2 business days for processing time. All online purchases are shipped via First Class Mail. Customers within the U.S. may upgrade their shipping at an additional cost by contacting Customer Service. Overnight service is available upon request. Please note, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. International shipping is available upon request.
All merchandise is placed in an organza bag and gift wrapped with our signature black box and silver ribbon. We're happy to include a personalized gift card. Please provide your specific message in Paypal in the Note to Seller section upon purchase. All gift boxes contain non-tarnishing padding.
Tracking Your Order
After your online order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email providing the tracking number as well as information on how to track your package.
Online Store Return Guidelines
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Julie Schnoll Designs purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn purchase for a full refund, less any shipping charges. Contact Customer Service to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. You must ship your Return to Julie Schnoll Designs within 14 days of receipt of item (s). Your return must be in its original condition and may not be altered in any way. Include the original packing slip and the RA number. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and the full responsibility of the customer. Ship via a traceable method (i.e. tracking number) with the package securely wrapped.
Incorrect or Defective Item
Your satisfication is our priority. We inspect all orders prior to shipment. In the event, you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact our Customer Service dept. within 14 days of receiving your item(s) to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Please include the original packing slip with your return, and note the specific defect or error. For any additional questions about returns contact Customer Service Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM CST by phone or email.
Please email Customer Service to arrange a repair.
We do not offer merchandise exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item in place of another, simply return your original unworn purchase by following the Return Guidelines and place a new order for the item you would like.
If you received a gift purchased from the Julie Schnoll Designs Online Store, you may contact Customer Service to obtain the original order information. You may return the gift by following our Return Guidelines. The refund will be applied to the original form of payment.
Purchasing a Gift Certificate
Julie Schnoll Designs gift certificates are only available to be purchased in predetermined dollar amounts and to be used at the Julie Schnoll Designs online store. A printable gift certificate will be emailed to you or the receipient with a gift card code.
Redeeming a Gift Certificate
In order to make a purchase using your gift certificate, enter the code provided at the checkout process. If the amount to be purchased is less than the amount of your gift certificate, you'll be able to use the remaining at another time. If the amount to be purchased is more that the amount on your gift certificate, the remaining balance owed can be paid with a major credit card to complete the order.
Sterling silver and plated metals will oxidize when exposed to air. All metals can be brightened by gently rubbing with a polishing cloth. It's not recommended to expose plated metals, leather or fresh water pearls to chemicals, perfumes, soaps or water. Please follow these recommendations to extend the life of your jewelry.
All Julie Schnoll Designs jewelry comes in a box that contains non-tarnishing padding. This will help maintain the luster of your jewelry.
